CPA Worldwide Courses - Terms & Conditions

1. Should the course be cancelled for any reason by the course tutors or CPA, participants will be refunded the course fees in full. However, course tutors and the CPA will not be liable for any additional expense incurred by the course participants in the case of a cancellation such as travel expenses, vacation time etc.

2. Participants who cancel attendance on the course less than 6 weeks before commencement of the course will only receive an 80% refund if their place is filled. If their place is not filled no fees will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs before the 6 week deadline participants will receive a 95% refund.

3. The course tutors and the CPA are not liable for the mental or physical well being of any of the participants during the course or for any injuries incurred whilst on the course.

4. The course tutors and the CPA are not liable for any difficulties to do with travel arrangements to or from the course.

5. Participation on this course does not guarantee a place on the CPA London Diploma course.

6. The material taught on this course is copyrighted by the CPA and students will be liable for any material not for their own personal use. Copying of the material for use in books or papers is not permitted without the express written permission of the course trainers.

7. It is the participants responsibility to find out information about the nature of the course.

8. The course trainers and CPA are not responsible for any issues to do with the accommodation.
