This seminar will explore the meanings of Neptune as it traverses the last decanate of Aquarius and gradually approaches its fourteen-year transit through Pisces, the sign which many modern astrologers believe it rules. We will look at the meaning of Neptune in transit and the historical precedents for this impending shift from air to water, from fixed to mutable, and from the belief in the redemptive power of collective identity and technology to the belief in the redemptive power of the Otherworld and the mysteries of the human psyche and soul.
