Alex Trenoweth

Astrology and Education

Most astrologers only work with adults and so do not have the experience of working with children. As a teacher of all ages, Alex Trenoweth is both experienced and suitably qualified to work with under 18s. Moving away from the idea of a birth chart as a fixed entity, she will demonstrate how and why Jupiter and Saturn transits form the basic building blocks of life and how authority figures can use this information to become better role models so they can get the most out of the children in their care.

Alex Trenoweth, MA, DFAstrolS is both a professional secondary school teacher and a globe-trotting astrologer. She used her observations in the classroom to write Growing Pains 2013), a book on astrology and education. In 2015, she was voted as the Best International Astrologer by the Krishnamurti Institute of Astrology (KIA) in Kolkata India for her innovative and ground-breaking research on astrology and adolescence.

After a short break from teaching to travel across the world to speak at astrology conferences, Alex decided that she was not ready to leave the classroom just yet and now divides her time between teaching children of all ages, writing and developing courses on how to use astrology to help make school a better experience for pupils, teachers and parents. Later in 2017, Alex will be returning to India to develop a curriculum for KIA to teach Western Astrology to Vedic astrologers.

Her next book, The Wolf You Feed examines significant Saturn transits and is due out later in 2017. Her website is at alextrenoweth.com
